BreezingForms Installation Step 2 loops if you have permission issues. As part of instalation configuration file facileforms.config.php needs to be created, and if systems is unable to create it in joomlaroot/components/com_facileforms/ directory - installation loops.
Solution is to upload an empty file with ftp and allow web server to change it.
